Ingredients

Potatoes

Methi
2 Cups
Garlic chopped
1 Tablespoon
Turmeric
1/2 Teaspoon
Green Chilli

Salt
Oil

Steps

  1. Cut the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoon of oil in a pan.Add chopped garlic.Fry it until it becomes cook.Add potatoes and mix well.Cover it with a lid.Once the potatoes are half done add salt ,turmeric,green chilli and chopped methi.
  3. Let it cook completely and make it dry.Serve it with roti.
