Corn Flour
6 Tablespoons
Onion chopped
Capsicum(Red,Yellow,Green) chopped
1 Cup
Ginger chopped
1 Tablespoon
Garlic chopped
1 Tablespoon
Soy sauce(dark)
1 Tablespoon
Tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon
Chilli Vinegar
1 Teaspoon
Tabasco-pepper sauce(
optional) 1/2 Teaspoon
Sunflower oil
1 Cup
1/2 Teaspoon
Spring onion chopped
2 Tablespoons
Chilly Flakes
1 Tablespoon
1 Cup
to taste


  1. Boil and cut the potatoes into cubes.Add salt and 5 tablespoon corn flour to the potatoes.Deep fry the potatoes and keep aside.
  2. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoon of oil.Add chopped ginger and garlic.Saute it for 30 secds and add chopped onion and capsicum.Saute it and add all sauces and chilli flakes.Mix it well.
  3. Dilute 1 tablespoon of corn flour in 1 cup of water and add it to the sautéed ingredients.Add salt and sugar(to adjust the taste). Switch the flame off and add fried potatoes.Mix it nicely.Add chopped spring onion and serve it.
