Ingredients

Fish (King Fish)
1/2 Kilogram
Onions

Ginger garlic paste

Thin coconut milk(3rd)
1 Cup
Medium coconut milk(2nd)
1 Cup
Thick coconut milk(1st)
1/2 Cup
Pepper powder
1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder
1/2 Teaspoon
Lime juice
1/2 Teaspoon
Salt
To Taste
Curry Leaves

Steps

  1. Marinate the fish with salt, pepper,lime juice and turmeric.Keep it for 30 minutes.Fry the fish and keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and splutter cinnamon,cardamon and cloves.Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies.Add big onions and small onions.Once the onions become soft add thin coconut milk and let it boil.Now add tomatoes and curry leaves and salt.
  3. Once the tomatoes are done add medium coconut milk and fish.Let it boil.If the gravy is not thick dilute 1 tbsp of cornflour and add.Finally add thick coconut milk and just heat it.
