Ingredients

Methi cleaned and chopped
2 Cups
Wheat Flour
2 Cups
Chilli Powder
1/2 Teaspoon
Oil
Salt
Water

Steps

  1. Fry the chopped methi in 2 tablespoon of oil.Add wheat flour,chilly powder,salt and mix well.Add 4 tablespoon of oil to this mix to make it soft.
  2. Now add little-little water to make a soft dough.Keep it for some time.Now divide the dough into equal size balls and roll out the parathas.
  3. Now cook the parathas in a heated tawa and add some oil also.Serve hot.
