Ingredients

Boiled Basmathi rice
3 Cups
Onion chopped
1
Capsicum(red,yellow,green chopped)
1.5 Cups
Mushroom(parboiled and sliced)
1 Cup
Ginger chopped
1 Tablespoon
Garlic chopped
1 Tablespoon
Refined oil
4 Tablespoons
Soy sauce
2 Tablespoons
Pepper powder
1/2 Teaspoon
Salt to tastemaker
Spring onion chopped
1/4 Cup

Steps

  1. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a kadai and fry the mushroom and keep aside.
  2. On the same pan add 2 more tablespoon oil and add garlic and ginger.Saute it in high flame for a minute .Add onion and capsicum and salt.Cook it until it becomes soft.
  3. Add cooked rice,mushroom,soy sauce and pepper powder.Give a nice mix.Add more salt if necessary.Add spring onion.
