Coriander leaves chopped
- Soak the soya chunks in water for 30 mins.
- Heat oil in a kadai.Add onion and saute it for a minute .Add soaked soya and green peas(i used fresh peas,if you have dry peas soak it overnight).Fry it until soya becomes light brown and peas get cooked.
- Now add tomatoes and all dry powders and salt.Cook it with 1 cup of water.Make it dry and add chopped coriander leves.
