Ingredients

Fish(pomfret medium size)

Garlic paste
1 Teaspoon
Chilli powder
2 Teaspoons
Turmeric powder
1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper powder
1 Teaspoon
Coirander leaves chopped
1/2 Cup
Salt
Oil

Steps

  1. Make a paste of chilli powderer,turmeric,pepper and salt.Marinate the cleaned fish with this paste.Keep the marinated fish in refrigerator for half an hour.Keep the remaining paste.
  2. Fry the fish in oil(deep fry or shallow fry.i prefer deep fry).Take out the fish and drain excess oil and arrange it in a serving plate.
  3. In the same oil saute onion.Once it become soft add tomatoes,ginger and garlic paste.Cook it until the raw smell goes. Add the remaining paste and sauté until it becomes a creamy foam.Add more salt if required.Add chopped coriander.Pour the gravy over the fish.
